Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 2, lines 26 - 27: Delete "jointly by of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate from a list of three names proposed" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall CSHCR 32(EDT) am pass the House?"
